We are searching for a highly enthusiastic, organized and detail-oriented Finance professional willing to join our Iberia Corporate Finance team, aiming to increase the accuracy and efficiency of our Corporate Finance organization. The main responsibility of this role is to support the Corporate Finance team in the execution of operational finance activities in compliance with Group policies, guidelines, local procedures and regulations. The successful candidate will report directly to the Corporate Finance Manager Iberia.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Assist in communication with local ReWaM outsourced partners, with the willingness to timely resolve issues impacting the operations.
Monthly validation of ReWaM (real estate, workplace and mobility) invoices issued from different vendors (prior to processing in SAP), including office rental, catering services, building repairs and improvements, facilities management and car fleet.
Participate in meetings with internal and external partners, being responsible for the preparation of meeting minutes and tracking the agreed actions.
Support the analysis of personnel cost allocation for the different Corporate functions.
Support the review of cost center mapping of GCC Madrid (Global Competence Center) involved areas and request the corrections accordingly.
Develop dashboards (through Excel, PowerBi, etc.) for the continuous tracking of GCC Madrid budget vs. actual (FTEs and financials).
Request the purchase orders’ creation for ReWaM and other indirect categories (as needed) and support the continuous monitoring process of indirect spending.
Assist on the review of financial statements, deep diving into balance sheet and income statement accounts to obtain a complete understanding of variances and unusual entries/trends as well as to identify potential discrepancies.
Preparation of documentation for internal and external audits as well as internal controls effectiveness testing, gaining relevant experience in audit/control support.
Monitor and document ongoing activities, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and timelines.
Support the Corporate Finance team with ad-hoc financial tasks and analysis.
Contribute to the maintenance and implementation of financial tools.
What You'll Bring To The Role
Studying a degree or master's degree in a Finance-related field with the possibility of generating an internship agreement with your university.
Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance support roles (desirable).
Intermediate accounting/finance knowledge
Fluent English C1 and Spanish are a must. Portuguese is a plus.
Intermediate Excel skills
Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is desirable
Hands-on and continuous learning mindset
Accuracy and good attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal)
Strong capacity to work collaboratively
Results oriented, organized, with attention to tight deadlines

What You'll Receive
Internship Duration: Ideally 12 months, depending on the Internship Agreement with the university (the beginning and end of the internship must be before the final project/thesis - TFG/TFM is presented).

Flexible Schedule: from Monday to Thursday from 8:00-9:30 to 17:30-19:00, on Fridays from 8:00-9:30 to 14:00-15:30
Summer Schedule during the months of July and August (from Monday to Friday from 8:00-9:30 to 14:00-15:30)
