Location: Belgrade, Serbia (hybrid)
Position Summary:
As part of the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team within a Fortune 500 technology company, this role operates in a high‑performance environment that values collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement. We are seeking an ambitious and analytical professional to support the advancement of our reporting and analytics capabilities.
The role is primarily focused on customer profitability reporting, forecasting, and KPI reporting, supported by the cleansing and reconciliation of large‑scale datasets to ensure accurate and timely financial insights. Responsibilities span a wide range of activities, including process execution and optimization, monitoring and enforcing data quality standards, performing validations, and supporting period‑end close activities. The outputs of this role are published and utilized by the global NCR Atleos finance community, contributing directly to informed, data‑driven decision‑making.

Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the forecasting process
- Design and enhance customer P&L reporting to support business insights
- Develop, monitor, and refine KPI frameworks to track performance effectively
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, enabling clear and actionable insights for stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with Business Units and Finance teams to understand data sources, business needs, and reporting requirements
- Perform proactive data analysis to identify trends, provide insights, and deliver actionable recommendations that support informed business decisions
- Define and implement data acquisition and integration processes, selecting appropriate tools and methodologies to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
- Partner with the Manager to escalate issues, communicate progress, and drive continuous process improvements
Required Skills & Competencies
- Technical Skills: Strong ability to manipulate, analyze, and consolidate large datasets across multiple IT platforms, forming a reliable foundation for accurate and meaningful management reporting
- Reporting & Analytics Skills: Proven capability to design and deliver best‑practice reports based on data mining, analysis, and clear visualization of insights
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and consistently deliver high‑quality outputs within tight deadlines
- Ambition & Adaptability: Self‑motivated, flexible, and adaptable, with a proactive mindset and the ability to respond effectively to changing business needs
- Ownership & Focus: Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating a high level of accountability, professionalism, and execution focus

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, with 2+ years of relevant experience in business analytics or a similar analytical role
- Fluent English proficiency, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholder
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Excel skills and solid experience in Power BI
- Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis
- Experience working with Oracle ERP system and understanding of financial and operational data flows
- Strong aptitude and willingness to quickly learn additional analytics, reporting, and data tools
