Responsibilities

  • Generate new business by Cold calling / follow\-up of leads/referrals from business sources and clients
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Providing necessary information and advice to customers using our products or services<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Achieving sales targets monthly.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Communicating courteously and professional with customers through telephone, email, letter and face\-to\-face<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Keeping accurate records of discussions and correspondence with customers<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Analyzing statistics or other data to determine customer satisfaction with our product and services.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Providing written information as requested to customers, often involving the use of computer packages/software.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Learning about Karooooo Kenya products or services and keeping up to date with changes.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Keeping ahead of developments in customer service by reading company updates and release notes.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Calling on business sources and existing clients to build business relationships.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Following up on new and existing clients to ensure that they are still happy with our product and service.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Do presentations to business sources and clients to explain Karooooo Kenya services.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Undertake Marketing and promotion (increase brand awareness) activities.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Attending to quality of leads / SLA and applications.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Reporting with respect to daily activities to the Manager / Supervisor.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Product training for business sources and clients.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Follow up on new and pending business.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Administration of commission payable to business sources.Ensuring all the safety and environmental requirements are adhered to.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Perform any other business duty as may be assigned to you by your immediate supervisor

    \u2022 Diploma/ Bachelor\u2019s degree in Sales & Marketing or any related field.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/div>
    \u2022 Experience in Business to Business (B2B) sales/ corporate sales for at least 3 years.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/div>
    \u2022 Strong Business Acumen with a focus on customer relations<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/div>
    \u2022 Prior experience in fleet tracking/ management company is an added advantage<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/div>
    \u2022 Sales target driven<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
