CORPORATE SECRETARY ASSISTANT

Job Description:

· Assisting the manager in handling full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including company incorporations, Annual Return filings, preparation of directors’/ shareholders’ resolutions for on-going corporate secretarial matters for clients;

· Manage and maintain accurate corporate records and filings to support client business operations

· Ensure all statutory records comply with relevant laws and ACRA regulations

· Coordinate with clients and internal teams to deliver timely secretarial services

· Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve compliance issues and provide clear guidance on regulatory obligations

· Perform additional secretarial duties and provide departmental support as assigned

Requirements:

  • Experience of performing company secretarial duties is an advantage
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle tasks in a prompt and efficient manner
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin ( spoken and written)
