Corporate Services Manager

Cohort Limited has an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Services Manager to join their team of experienced professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a dedicated team of administrators; maintaining gold-standard service for Cohort clients and driving internal projects to improve our processes. This is a role for a hands-on individual who enjoys mentoring staff, engaging clients, and has a keen eye for operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should be meticulous by nature but agile in practice and be comfortable pivoting from a high-level policy discussion to directly supporting client requests or providing hands-on support to a junior administrator. They should actively look for ways to make the business run smoother.


Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

  • Supervise the daily activities of the corporate services team, ensuring high engagement and productivity.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and appraisals to foster professional growth within the team.
  • Act as the senior escalation point for all client related matters.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager and Managing Director to develop and deliver a structured training program to upskill junior and mid-level staff on industry best practices and internal protocols.



Client Relationship Management/Business Development

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a select group of key clients.
  • Attend client board meetings and committee meetings; oversee the production of high-quality minutes and action logs.
  • Provide technical guidance to clients regarding corporate governance and statutory requirements.
  • Pursue new business enquiries and opportunities and support the onboarding of new clients.



Operations and Projects

  • Monitor and report quarterly on progress against business plan.
  • Work closely with Finance with regards to the management of client invoicing.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager and Managing Director to design and implement new policies, procedures, and standardized precedents.
  • Act as a key stakeholder in the rollout of new technology projects aimed at driving automation and efficiency.



Regulatory Compliance

  • Monitor and keep abreast of relevant legislative and regulatory changes, ensuring that any changes are implemented in policy and procedures.
  • Manage responses to any regulatory inspections or audits and act as the main point of contact between the Company, the Bermuda Monetary Authority and Registrar of Companies.

Required Skills & Qualifications Requirements

  • At least five years of relevant experience in corporate services, trust, or legal environment.
  • Knowledge of Bermuda laws and regulations.
  • Proven track record of managing a team in a professional services setting.
  • Exceptional minute-taking skills.
  • Experience preparing and reviewing documentation and making relevant regulatory filings relating to the corporate administration of companies, and partnerships, including new incorporations.
  • Delivering high levels of client service, while ensuring that each client relationship is compliant with internal policies and procedures.
  • Proficiency with entity management software and a "continuous improvement" mindset.
  • Strong organisational, analytical and decision-making skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
