In Tax consulting and advising at PwC, you will focus on offering consulting and advisory services to clients on various tax matters. You will provide advice and guidance on tax planning, compliance, and strategy, helping businesses optimise their tax positions and navigate complex tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities
As a Corporate Tax – Financial Services Associate at PwC, you'll work alongside some of the most respected tax advisors in the region, supporting leading institutions on the tax matters that drive their strategy and competitive edge. Your responsibilities will include:
Deliver Tax compliance excellence. Assist senior team members in providing comprehensive and effective corporate tax compliance services to a portfolio of clients across a wide range of industries.
Build sector expertise. Develop knowledge across multiple financial sectors — including asset and wealth management, insurance, banking, and capital markets — to deliver tailored, sector-specific value to clients.
Help drive engagement excellence. Assist with planning and managing project deadlines and budgets, ensuring engagements stay on track and exceed client expectations.
Work on Tax advisory engagements. Provide tax advice and practical tax solutions under the guidance of experienced managers.
Collaborate across PwC. Work closely with colleagues across Tax, our other Lines of Service, and our global network of member firms, gaining exposure to cross-border, multi-disciplinary engagements.
Embrace digital transformation. Use digital tax tools, data analytics, and AI-enabled platforms to enhance the quality and efficiency of our work and stay ahead of the technology shaping the future of the Tax profession.
What we are looking for
We welcome curious, ambitious students who are excited to build a career at the intersection of finance, regulation, and strategy.
Final-year students in Accountancy, Business, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Law from local or overseas universities.
Students from adjacent disciplines with a strong demonstrated interest in tax, financial services, or business advisory are equally welcome to apply.
A strong track record of academic achievement.
Active involvement in co-curricular activities, demonstrating well-roundedness, leadership, and initiative.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with peers, clients, and stakeholders.
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and challenging environment with multiple competing priorities.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex regulations into clear, practical insights.
A self-motivated individual, with a genuine willingness to learn and grow.
A reliable, responsible team player and keen learner.
