Corporate Travel Consultant

We are looking for an experienced and customer\-focused Corporate Travel Consultant to join our team in Gurgaon.The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in handling corporate travel requirements, managing end\-to\-end travel arrangements, and delivering seamless travel experiences to clients.<\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/span>

  • Handle domestic and international corporate travel bookings efficiently<\/span>

  • Manage flight, hotel, visa, and other travel\-related reservations<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Create customized travel itineraries and tailored travel solutions for corporate clients<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Provide exceptional customer service and timely support to clients<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Ensure compliance with travel policies, regulations, and industry standards<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and vendors for smooth travel operations<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Resolve travel\-related issues, changes, cancellations, and emergencies promptly<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Maintain accurate booking records and travel documentation<\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Corporate Travel Consultant is mandatory.<\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Strong knowledge of corporate travel consulting and travel management.<\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Strong expertise in providing tailored travel solutions for corporate clients.<\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Expertise in travel arrangements, reservations, and itinerary planning.<\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Proven experience in handling end\-to\-end travel bookings, including flights, hotels, and other travel\-related services.<\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Good working knowledge of <\/span>Amadeus<\/span> is mandatory; knowledge of Sabre and Galileo will be an added advantage.<\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Sound understanding of <\/span>visa processes, documentation requirements, and transit visa regulations<\/span> for international travel.<\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Proficiency in using travel booking software, GDS platforms, and travel management tools.<\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Excellent communication, coordination, customer service, and problem\-solving skills.<\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.<\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Knowledge of travel regulations, airline policies, and industry best practices.<\/span>
