Cost Controller

I. Job Responsibilities

• Review and approve all purchases to ensure compliance with budget and company policies.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and analyses to support Sales personnel prior to project quotation submissions.
• Take charge of procurement and contract administration for every awarded project.
• Prepare and submit progress claims to clients, and issue payment certifications to subcontractors.
• Monitor and manage overall cost control and drive cost efficiency across company operations.

II. Experience and Qualification Requirements

• Proven experience in Quantity Surveying (QS).
• Strong background in procurement and negotiation.
• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related discipline.

III. Salary & Incentives

• Competitive salary from $4,000 and above, depending on experience.
• Attractive cost savings incentive scheme: savings of more than 15% from tender costing will qualify for incentives ranging from $300 to $2,000 per project.

IV. Working Days

• 5-day work week
