Trinity Rehab is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)<\/b> to join our Home Health team on a PRN basis in Suffolk, VA. This role involves delivering high\-quality, patient\-centered care under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to help patients regain independence and improve their daily living skills.

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>

• Provide occupational therapy services as outlined in the patient\u2019s plan of care

• Collaborate with the Occupational Therapist to implement treatment plans
  <\/li>
• Assist patients in improving functional abilities and independence in daily activities
  <\/li>
• Document patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising therapist
  <\/li>
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards
  <\/li><\/ul>

    Requirements<\/h3>

    • Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)<\/b>
      <\/li>
    • Active state license in Virginia
      <\/li>
    • Previous home health experience preferred, but not required

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      <\/li>
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
