COUNTER MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Counter Manager to lead and manage our massage therapy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day spa operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for our clients. You will also be expected to perform massage treatments, train new staff, and uphold hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and supervise a team of massage therapists
  • Perform a variety of massage techniques (e.g., Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Aromatherapy, etc.)
  • Manage scheduling, appointments, and staff rosters efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all treatment rooms
  • Monitor stock levels and order supplies when needed
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore health and safety regulations
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and support staff development
  • Collaborate with management to develop promotions and service packages

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience (at least 3 years) as a massage therapist, with 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Recognized certification in Massage Therapy or equivalent (e.g., WSQ, ITEC, CIDESCO)
  • Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and therapeutic practices
  • Good understanding of spa operations and customer service
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to handle administrative tasks and use booking systems
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
