ABOUT THE ROLE
The Country Brand Manager is accountable for driving the end-to-end performance of the Cotton On brand across the market, delivering sustainable sales growth, profitability and an exceptional customer experience.
This role leads the development and execution of the brand country trading strategy, ensuring strong alignment to global brand direction while tailoring execution to local market opportunities. With accountability of commercial performance, operations and customer experience, the Country Brand Manager ensures consistent and compelling brand delivery across our retail channel. Partnering closely with the Brand Managers for Cotton On Body and Cotton On Kids to ensure the customer experience aligned across all stores but enhancing the experience for our core Cotton On Customer in our Cotton On and Cotton ON Mega stores.
Leading a multi-functional team, you will foster a high-performance culture built on accountability, collaboration and innovation. You will balance strategic leadership with disciplined execution, bringing clarity, pace and focus to decision-making in a fast-moving environment.
As a senior leader, you will also act as a champion for change—driving continuous improvement and delivering better outcomes for our customers and our teams at every touch point.
EXPERIENCE
- Senior leadership experience within retail, fashion or consumer-led environments
- Proven track record leading large, multi-site teams and delivering strong commercial outcomes
- Deep understanding of retail operations, trading, merchandising and customer experience
- Demonstrated success developing and executing strategic business plans
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strong financial acumen, with accountability for budgets and profitability
- Experience leading transformation and organisational change initiatives
