Country Head of HR / HRBP (Director)
Responsibilities:
- Primary HR advisor to assigned business groups, ensuring alignment between people strategies and organizational objectives.
- Partner senior management, clinical leaders, and department heads on workforce and organizational priorities.
- Translate business strategies into people plans and workforce initiatives.
- Support organizational restructuring, transformation, and change initiatives.
- Advise leaders on change impact assessments and stakeholder management.
- Lead talent review and succession planning exercises.
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues, disciplinary matters, and workplace investigations.
Requirements
- Degree in Business
- At least 10 years of expeirnece in HR
- Experience in Public Sector / GLC will be an added advantage
