Country Head of HR / HRBP (Director)

Responsibilities:

  • Primary HR advisor to assigned business groups, ensuring alignment between people strategies and organizational objectives.
  • Partner senior management, clinical leaders, and department heads on workforce and organizational priorities.
  • Translate business strategies into people plans and workforce initiatives.
  • Support organizational restructuring, transformation, and change initiatives.
  • Advise leaders on change impact assessments and stakeholder management.
  • Lead talent review and succession planning exercises.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations issues, disciplinary matters, and workplace investigations.


Requirements

  • Degree in Business
  • At least 10 years of expeirnece in HR
  • Experience in Public Sector / GLC will be an added advantage
