Country Manager
At Bridge Carbon, we deliver climate solutions that create real, measurable impact — improving lives, strengthening communities, and protecting the environment.
Working across carbon markets, clean energy, and nature-based solutions, we operate at the intersection of purpose and performance in emerging markets
The Country Manager is Bridge Carbon’s most senior leader in Malawi, entrusted with driving both the impact and commercial success of one of our largest and most dynamic country operations. This is a purpose-driven leadership role at the intersection of climate action and community transformation — overseeing large-scale clean cooking carbon programmes (ICS), retail, and innovative nature-based solutions (NbS).
You will ensure these interconnected business lines are strategically aligned, well-resourced, and delivering meaningful outcomes for people, climate, and local economies — translating ambition into measurable impact on the ground. With the support of our global technical teams, you will lead strong in-country execution, building a unified, high-performing operation that reflects Bridge Carbon’s values and long-term vision.
