Position Summary:<\/b>
<\/h3>
We are seeking a visionary and results\-driven Country Manager / Business Unit Head<\/b> to lead our cybersecurity distribution operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role requires a strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, distribution business models, and local market dynamics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the country strategy, driving channel sales growth, building strategic vendor and partner relationships, and ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements. Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy for the KSA market in alignment with regional goals. Identify market opportunities, emerging cybersecurity trends, and develop go\-to\-market strategies. Lead annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Drive revenue growth by managing key vendor relationships and expanding the reseller/integrator partner network. Oversee sales performance, partner enablement, and channel marketing initiatives. Ensure strong pipeline development and conversion through value\-added distribution. Act as the key point of contact for regional cybersecurity vendors in KSA. Negotiate vendor agreements and distribution contracts to optimize profitability and support growth. Ensure successful product launches, partner certification, and technical enablement. Build, lead, and mentor a high\-performing team across sales, technical support, and operations. Oversee business operations, ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations (e.g., ZATCA, SAMA, CITC). Foster a performance\-driven culture and continuous improvement mindset. Maintain strong relationships with relevant KSA authorities and regulatory bodies. Ensure company business compliance with local laws and regulations. Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 8\u201310 years of experience in IT or cybersecurity distribution, including 3+ years in a senior leadership or country management role. Deep knowledge of the cybersecurity ecosystem, vendors, technologies, and market trends. Strong understanding of channel sales, value\-added distribution, and partner ecosystems. Proven leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills. Native Arabic speaking and fluency in English is required. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks like SAMA, NCA ECC, and CITC is highly desirable. Competitive executive compensation.
