Role Overview

The Country Manager, Kemin Biologics Vietnam is responsible for building and scaling the vaccine business in Vietnam by executing the agreed go-to-market strategy across livestock vaccine segments. This role will lead a hybrid selling model to maximize gross margin through direct sales to integrators and large commercial farms, while expanding reach to medium and small farms through channel partners.

Responsibilities

  • Build the vaccine business for Kemin Biologics in Vietnam by proposing and executing the agreed go-to-market strategy across all livestock vaccine segments.
  • Responsible for the profit and loss performance of Kemin Biologics Vietnam.
  • Lead the sales team and manage channel partners to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage pricing in accordance with the direction set by the Commercial Director.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements.
  • Work with global and regional support teams to ensure customer service, supply chain, registration, and marketing activities are smooth and effective.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with government stakeholders to support sales opportunities and tenders.
  • Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the animal health or vaccine industry.
  • Proven sales experience in vaccines, with a strong understanding of the market in Vietnam.
  • Experience working in a vaccine company and managing commercial growth in a country-level or sales leadership role.
