Courier Controller I Up to $2,875! I Career Advancement!

We are looking for a Courier Controller to oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring smooth service delivery, timely coordination, and quick resolution of operational issues.

Working Hours:

Shift work (12 hours): 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM or 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Rotating schedule with 2 rest days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily courier operations and ensure schedules are met
• Coordinate manpower, routes, and vehicle deployment
• Handle operational issues (delays, breakdowns, shortages)
• Track service performance and ensure SLA compliance
• Maintain accurate records and incident reports
• Communicate with supervisors, drivers, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures

Requirements

· Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline.

· Prior experience in logistics operations, control room, fleet operations, or operations coordination preferred.

· Strong communication and problem-solving skills

· Able to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment

· Basic knowledge of MS Excel and tracking systems

· Familiar with Singapore roads (preferred)
