The ideal candidate will manage the scanning and digital workflow within the lab \u2014 ensuring that film is digitised accurately, consistently, and delivered on time. This is a hands\-on, detail\-oriented role that requires focus, technical understanding, and the ability to maintain quality across repetitive processes.

    Requirements<\/h3>
    Essential Qualifications: <\/b><\/span>
    <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/div>
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree or diploma in Photography, Visual Arts, Media, or a related field.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>
      Essential Experience:<\/b><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/div>
      • 1\-2 years of experience in a photography setting.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Proficiency in Lightroom and/or Photoshop.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Solid understanding of exposure, colour, and image quality.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Working knowledge of film photography and digitisation processes.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Comfortable working in a hands\-on lab environment.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Preferred experience in archival digitisation, darkroom or film photography.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Basic video shooting/documentation skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
