About Chennai Photo Biennale:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/div>Chennai Photo Biennale (CPB) is a non\-profit arts organisation dedicated to fostering photography, visual culture, and public engagement with contemporary art in India. Established in 2015, CPB creates platforms for artists, photographers, curators, and cultural practitioners through exhibitions, festivals, educational programmes, workshops, publications, and community initiatives. Its flagship event, the Chennai Photo Biennale, is an international photography festival that brings together diverse voices and artistic practices from India and around the world. Requirements<\/h3>Essential Qualifications:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Design, Multimedia, or a related field.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Basic understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Familiarity with Instagram content formats<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Ability to work quickly and respond to feedback<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Comfortable working within templates and defined systems<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Organised and able to handle multiple tasks.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Good to know about Motion graphics or video editing<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>Essential Experience:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>- Fresher with knowledge in graphic design, visual communication, or creative design roles.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Previous experience in design internships or freelance projects.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Experience designing marketing collateral, social media creatives, and digital assets.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Demonstrated experience in print production, including catalogues, brochures, zines, exhibition materials, and packaging design.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Experience working on event communications, exhibitions, cultural projects, or creative campaigns is preferred.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Experience managing and organising design assets across collaborative platforms such as Google Drive and Figma.<\/span>
