Ensure a standardized approach in managing customer quality topics, drive the resolution of quality incidents, and coordinate cross-functional actions to improve processes and customer satisfaction. Lead the customer quality team while ensuring compliance with automotive standards and continuous improvement across the organization.

What You’ll Do:

Standardize the way of working with customers on quality issues across the organization
• Monitor and report key quality KPIs (external PPM, CQIs, customer concerns, 8D status, stock blockage)
• Participate in customer audits and ensure closure of actions related to process incidents
• Ensure implementation and compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements
• Drive corrective and preventive actions following customer incidents and ensure FMEA updates
• Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented corrective actions
• Report customer incident status in daily Level 3 meetings
• Lead cross-functional meetings to eliminate process-related customer issues across similar processes
• Support weekly quality trainings within the factory
• Collaborate with CQEs and Quality Manager to decide on production line unblocking
• Coordinate Customer Quality Engineers and Technicians, assigning responsibilities and evaluating performance
• Manage analysis of products related to customer complaints (internally and at customer site)
• Ensure strong collaboration with all internal departments, customers, and suppliers when required
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process standardization

What We Need:

• Education: Higher studies in a technical field
• Minimum 3 years experience in the automotive industry, with at least 2 years in a quality role
• Strong knowledge of quality tools: 8D, 4 Block, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, Zero Defects strategy
• Good understanding of assembly and/or mechanical processing
• Knowledge of quality assurance processes and standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
• Experience with technical drawings and specifications
• Advanced English level
• Computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SAP
• Strong coordination, decision-making, autonomy, and persuasion skills
• Previous experience with engine components, preferably turbochargers, is considered a plus
• Ability to manage complexity, act with a customer-centric mindset, and lead by example
