Service Engineer
- Working Location: Gul Circle
- Working Hours: 5 days, Mon - Fri, 8:00am – 5:30pm
- Salary: $3,000 to $4,000
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent with 5 to 8 years’ experience with container handling cranes or similar heavy engineering equipment.
- Good knowledge and experience in debugging PLC programs, diagnostics and electrical & hydraulic controls & feedback.
- Willing and able to travel at short notice in the region.
Responsibilities:
- Commissioning, troubleshooting, on-site training & technical support on freight container handling equipment in ports in Asia, Australia, the Middle East and Africa.
- Provide feedback to designers and factory personnel on any issues found on site.
- Proposals for new features and enhancements on equipment in service & assist sales teams with compiling quotes.
- For the Middle East and Africa, the position is based in the United Arab Emirates with primary focus on the Port of Neom, Saudi Arabia.
- For Asia and Australia, the positions are based in Singapore.
