Overview

The Activities Center Attendant serves as a key point of contact for guests, supporting daily operations while delivering a professional, welcoming, and positive guest experience for Crater activities.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

▪ Assists guests with Crater check-in, including waiver completion and payment processing.

▪ Assists with reservations for Crater activities, ensuring accuracy and a positive guest experience.

▪ Answers incoming calls and manage email correspondence in a timely, professional manner.

▪ Completes end-of-day closeout procedures in accordance with established guidelines.

▪ Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality are a key component of this position.

▪ Maintains a professional appearance in accordance with Company standards; wears the appropriate uniform or attire.

▪ Maintains open and effective communication with team members and management.

▪ Attends and participates in team meetings.

▪ Adheres to established safety and emergency procedures and protocols; this includes Company, federal, and state-specific regulations and guidelines.

▪ Completes all required Company training/compliance courses assigned.

▪ Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.

▪ Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

EDUCATION

▪ Less than a high school education.

EXPERIENCE

▪ No prior experience or training required.
