Creative Content Specialist (Altra EMEA)
About Altra
Altra isn’t just a shoe. It’s a promise. It all started when we hacked the typical running shoe, challenging industry convention by opening the toe box so your feet could splay naturally. Born from a passion for innovation and natural running, Altra designs footwear that helps runners move more naturally with the Altra Fit, allowing toes to spread for enhanced comfort, balance and strength. To help you Stay Out There™ for more miles and more years.

The Role
We're looking for a versatile and highly creative Content Specialist to join the Altra EMEA Marketing team.
This role serves as the team's in-house creative resource, combining graphic design, content creation and AI-powered creative development to support marketing initiatives across the region.
Working as a hands-on creator, you will personally design, capture, edit and deliver content that brings the Altra brand to life across Europe. From adapting global campaign assets for regional needs to creating original content at events, athlete activations and product launches, you will play a critical role in helping the brand connect with consumers, customers and partners.
Unlike traditional marketing content roles, this position is focused on hands-on content creation rather than agency management. The successful candidate will personally create, capture, edit and deliver content across multiple formats and channels while helping the team embrace new AI-powered creative workflows.
This role is ideal for a modern creative professional who is equally comfortable designing in Adobe Creative Suite, filming and editing video content, capturing photography and leveraging emerging AI technologies to improve creative output, efficiency and effectiveness.

- Adapting creative assets across multiple marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
- Designing retail, digital and marketing collateral to support regional activation plans.

- Managing and organising regional creative assets and content libraries.

Responsibilities include:

- Creating internal communications and presentation materials.
- Owning the complete production process from concept through capture, editing and final delivery.
- Building and maintaining a library of original EMEA content assets.
- Identifying opportunities to maximise the value of content by repurposing assets across multiple channels and markets.
AI-Powered Creative Development
Leverage emerging AI technologies to enhance creative output and improve production efficiency.
Responsibilities include:
- Using AI-powered tools to accelerate image, design and video workflows.
- Developing creative asset variations to support different marketing requirements.
- Exploring and implement AI-generated creative solutions where appropriate.
- Identifying opportunities to improve content production through AI-enabled workflows.
- Staying current with emerging creative technologies and best practices.
- Acting as a champion for AI-assisted creativity within the marketing team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with marketing stakeholders across the business to support content and creative requirements spanning:
- Retail

- Highly organised and able to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
