Creative Designer

  • Basic salary up to $4,500 + performance bonus

  • Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm

  • Workplace: Paya Lebar

  • Opportunity to work on large-scale, high-impact experiential projects that shape real-world environments and brand experiences

What You’ll Do

This role is for a designer who thinks beyond visuals—someone who builds worlds, not just layouts.

  • Conceptualise and develop compelling creative directions, thematic storytelling, key visuals, graphics, and spatial design solutions for events, exhibitions, retail activations, festive campaigns, and experiential projects

  • Research market trends, materials, audience behaviour, and brand positioning to inform strong and relevant creative ideation

  • Create high-quality 3D visualisations, renderings, mood boards, and presentation decks using Autodesk software and Adobe Creative Suite

  • Design immersive spatial experiences that elevate engagement, interaction, and brand storytelling

  • Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, project teams, sales, production, and external vendors to ensure creative intent is fully realised within practical constraints

  • Develop production-ready drawings, print-ready artwork, and digital assets for fabrication and execution

  • Ensure all outputs remain consistent with brand guidelines, visual identity systems, and campaign messaging

  • Review design, materials, and production outputs to maintain accuracy, quality, and execution standards

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organisation, time management, and deadline discipline

  • Maintain structured documentation and organised archiving of all creative assets and project files

  • Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative development discussions to push ideas further

What You Bring

  • Strong proficiency in 3D visualisation using Autodesk tools (including Navisworks)

  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)

  • Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to translate ideas into buildable spatial designs

  • Good understanding of production drawings, fabrication processes, and print-ready requirements

  • Ability to balance creativity with practicality, timelines, and execution constraints
