Creative Designer & Content Lead
We are looking for a Creative & Content Lead to join Saudi Bridge. This role will own the end-to-end
creative and content function, from visual design to content writing to monthly content planning.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can design, write, and think strategically about content, not
just execute briefs. You will work closely with leadership to translate strategy, partnerships, and programs
into clear, credible, and high-quality content.
Key Responsibilities
Creative & Design
Design visual content for Saudi Bridge across:
Social media
Presentations and one-pagers
Event materials and announcements
Ensure visual consistency with Saudi Bridge brand identity
Create clean, professional, and government-level designs (not agency fluff)
Content Writing & Messaging
Write and refine content for:
Social media posts
Thought leadership and positioning pieces
Program and partnership announcements
Translate complex ideas into clear, concise, and credible messaging
Maintain a consistent tone aligned with Saudi Bridge’s positioning
Content Strategy & Planning
Develop monthly content plans aligned with business priorities
Propose content themes, post types, and narratives
Coordinate content around:
Partnerships
Programs
Events
Strategic milestones
Ensure content supports awareness, education, and positioning objectives
Cross-Functional Support
Support event-related content (pre, during, post)
Work with leadership to anticipate content needs
Coordinate with external vendors or freelancers if required
3+ years of experience in content creation, design, or creative roles
Strong design skills (Figma, Adobe Suite, or similar)
Strong writing skills in English and Arabic
Proven ability to plan and manage content calendars
Experience working in:
Startups, scale-ups, or fast-moving organizations
Strong sense of brand, structure, and visual storytelling
Self-starter who can operate without heavy supervision
