If you have an eye for design, a strong grasp of brand identity, and love seeing your work make an impact, this role is for you.<\/span> The ideal candidate is creative, detail\-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and enhance creative output.<\/span> Core Responsibilities<\/span> Brand and Visual Design<\/span> Design social media graphics, ad creatives, marketing materials, presentations, brochures, flyers, and digital assets.<\/span> Create and maintain brand identity elements, including logos, typography, color palettes, and brand guidelines.<\/span> Develop visually engaging content aligned with marketing objectives and brand standards.<\/span> Create infographics, email graphics, website banners, and promotional materials. <\/span> Video Editing & Motion Graphics<\/span> Edit short\-form and long\-form videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and company communications.<\/span> Create motion graphics, animations, captions, transitions, and visual effects.<\/span> Optimize content for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and websites.<\/span> Repurpose content into multiple formats for various marketing channels. <\/span> AI Content Creation<\/span> Utilize AI tools to improve creative workflows and content production.<\/span> Generate concepts, graphics, mockups, video enhancements, and content variations using AI technology.<\/span> Stay up to date with emerging AI design and video tools.<\/span> Ensure all AI\-assisted content meets quality and brand standards. <\/span> AI Content Creation<\/span> Work closely with marketing, content, and leadership teams.<\/span> Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.<\/span> Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.<\/span> Maintain organized files and project documentation. <\/span> Candidate Qualifications<\/span> Must\-Haves<\/span> Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, multimedia design, or content creation.<\/span> Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing work. <\/span> Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and similar)<\/span> Excellent communication and time\-management skills.<\/span> Ability to work independently in a remote environment. <\/span> Proven experience using AI tools (such as Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, or specialized AI video/audio editors) to enhance and accelerate the creative process <\/span> Good to Haves<\/span> Experience with design tools such as Figma, Canva, Capcut, Wordpress, Adobe Express and Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS or motion graphics<\/span> Proficiency in AI\-powered creative tools for graphic design, content creation, image generation, and video production (e.g., ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI, Runway, Kling, Sora, and similar platforms)<\/span> Experience with social media content creation and content strategy<\/span> Copywriting and written content development skills<\/span> Motion graphics and animation expertise<\/span> Understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices<\/span>
