Role Purpose:

We are currentlysearching foraTEMPORARYCreative Director (ART)to confidently and independently lead brands, mentor associates, and manage the day-to-day progress of a project from start tofinish. The ideal candidate willdemonstratebig conceptual thinking withsolid TVexpertise, strong collaboration skills, and a calm, steady leadership style.Humor/Comedic experience needed for this role.

In this role you will:

• Develop creative solutions and skillfully produce work across a variety of platforms and mediums (video, still, OOH, print, social, activations - experiential, influencer, etc.) that meet and surpass client goals.

• Be a part of the creative process from ideation to the final product, ensuring quality and style meet both our standards, and the client’s strategies andobjectives. Be willing to jump in, roll up your sleeves, and work across all levels of the campaign.

• Collaborate and partner with cross-department teams (Producers, Designers,Strategy and Account) to develop and craft the final deliverables .

• Strategically push the creative integrityof all campaigns and deliverables and steer teams' conceptual thinkingand craft.

Person Specification:

• 7+ years of experience, agency setting.

• Strong conceptual skillswith deep TV experience.

• Demonstrated ability to leadandcollaborateeffectively,especially during tight deliverytimelines.

• Strong presentation skills.

• Highly organized,reliableandprofessional.

Additional Information:

The hourlypay rangefor this position is $88.81 - $110.00.The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factorspermittedby law. Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidaysin accordance withdentsupolicy, as well as safe and sicktime. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
