About the role
This is a hands-on creative role for someone with strong editorial instincts, exceptional visual craft, and a high bar for quality. You'll work closely with Product Studio leaders, designers, consultants, and growth teams to transform ideas, expertise, thought leadership, events, client work, and emerging technologies into compelling visual stories. Some days you may be creating assets for a thought leadership campaign. Other days you may be producing short-form video, creating motion graphics, visualizing a future AI-enabled experience, supporting a major client pursuit, or helping bring a new point of view to life. The medium matters less than the outcome. We need someone who can identify what is interesting, find the story, and create work that captures attention and creates engagement.
What You'll Do
- Turn ideas, expertise, and thought leadership into compelling visual stories
- Create content across a variety of formats including visual design, motion, video, social, events, campaigns, and digital experiences
- Develop creative concepts that make complex technology, product, and business ideas easier to understand and more engaging to consume
- Partner with subject matter experts, designers, consultants, and growth teams to bring ideas to life
- Produce motion graphics, short-form video, visual narratives, and campaign assets - Help shape and evolve the visual identity of Product Studio
- Build reusable creative assets, templates, and systems that help teams create content more effectively
- Continuously experiment with new tools, formats, and creative workflows to improve quality, speed, and impact
What We're Looking For
- Strong editorial instincts and storytelling ability
- Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail
- Experience creating content across multiple formats including visual design, motion, and video
- Strong understanding of composition, typography, pacing, visual communication, and narrative
- A high bar for quality and strong creative judgment
- Experience creating content for enterprise, technology, consulting, product, software, or B2B audiences
- Ability to translate complex business, technology, product, and AI concepts into compelling visual stories
- Experience creating content that informs, influences, and builds credibility, not just attention
- Curiosity about emerging technologies and how they are changing creative work
- The ability to quickly learn and adapt as new tools and capabilities emerge
- Comfortable working independently and bringing ideas from concept to execution
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A portfolio that demonstrates both creative range and creative taste
