Creative Lead

We are looking for a Creative Lead (AI\-First Design\nStrategist) to lead design execution for the\nMarketing team & lead a team of designers, while\nworking closely with the Design Head to ensure\nalignment with overall brand and design standards.

This role requires a highly creative and strategic\ndesigner who can drive visual communication\nacross multiple marketing channels, while\nleveraging AI\-powered design tools and workflows\nto improve speed, creativity, and efficiency.

  • Lead a team of designers, providing creative direction,\nmentorship, and quality oversight to ensure high\-impact\ndesign output across all marketing initiatives.

  • Own the end\-to\-end design function for Marketing,\ndelivering compelling visual assets for product collaterals,\nwebsite pages, social media campaigns, emailers,\ninternal communications, print materials, and event\nbranding.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Translate marketing strategies and product narratives into\nclear, engaging visual communication that strengthens\nbrand positioning and storytelling.

  • Drive an AI\-first design approach by leveraging\ngenerative AI and modern design tools to accelerate\nideation, improve productivity, and scale creative\nproduction.

  • Establish and maintain strong design standards,\ntemplates, and brand consistency across all touchpoints.\nCollaborate closely with marketing, product marketing,\nand communication teams to conceptualize and execute\ncreative campaigns and launches.

  • Manage multiple design projects and priorities, ensuring\nhigh quality, efficiency, and on\-time delivery.\nContinuously elevate the creative bar by introducing new\ndesign trends, tools, and innovative visual approaches.

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • 7+ years of proven experience in graphic design, preferably\nin B2B technology or digital marketing environments.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Strong portfolio showcasing brand campaigns, digital\nmarketing creatives, and modern design systems.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and\nother industry\-standard tools.\nFamiliarity with AI design tools and generative AI workflows\n(e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, Firefly, Runway, ChatGPT for\ncontent adaptation).
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, motion\ngraphics, and UX principles for marketing design.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Knowledge of emerging formats (interactive content, AR/VR\nvisuals, short\-form videos).
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and\ncollaborate effectively with cross\-functional teams.

    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication,\nor related field (Master\u2019s preferred).
