Your Mission
As a Creative Strategist, you’ll own concepts and copy across ads, landing pages, and funnels (email/SMS) to drive meaningful, profitable growth for mid-market US brands.
You’ll be a creative partner inside our creative team: you focus on ideas and words; your full-stack creative partner focuses on execution and production (static and video). Together, you’ll turn insights and performance learnings into clear, compelling creative that helps people understand, trust, and buy.
You’ll sit in the creative team and report to our founder, working at the intersection of creative and strategic positioning as the company continues to scale.
What You’ll Do
Own concepts and copy for:
Ads (hooks, angles, body copy, CTAs, scripts for video, statics and carousels).
Landing pages and thank-you pages (hero, sections, proof, objections, CTAs).
Email and SMS flows and campaigns where needed.
Turn customer problems, objections and desires into clear angles, hooks and messages using our performance-oriented creative frameworks.
Think and write in proven performance structures (benefit-first, problem → solution, UGC/testimonials, demos, before-and-after, comparisons, story-style, etc.) and adapt them to different brands.
Use AI as leverage to generate and refine a high volume of variations (hooks, angles, scripts, CTAs) while keeping ownership of the strategy and final output.
Look at creative performance with intent (what happens after the click, not just CTR) and suggest concrete next tests: new angles, proof, offers, formats or structures.
Collaborate day-to-day with your full-stack creative partner and performance marketers so ads, landing pages and funnels tell a consistent story end-to-end.
Help maintain and improve our internal templates, frameworks and playbooks so the creative team can move faster and learn from what works.
Who You Are:
Fluent, high-level English copywriter. You can think and write in English at a near-native level; this is non-negotiable as all creative and client work is in English.
Performance-minded creative. You care about strong ideas, but you care even more about whether they help improve results.
Strategic and structured. You naturally think in flows and frameworks (problem, solution, proof, offer) and can connect creative decisions to business outcomes.
AI-first and experimentation-driven. You’re comfortable using AI daily and testing many variations, using data as input for your next iteration.
Collaborative partner. You enjoy working closely with creatives and performance marketers, treating the relationship as a true creative partnership.
Organised and reliable. You can handle multiple brands and deadlines without dropping quality or communication.
Nice to have:
Experience in performance marketing, content strategy or direct-response copywriting (agency, freelance or in-house).
Hands-on work with Meta as a performance channel, and exposure to funnels and landing pages.
