Creative Strategist - Spanish Division (Launch Team)
Summary
We're a fast-growing $20M/year natural health and wellness brand expanding into Spanish-speaking markets. We're building the founding Spanish creative team to bring our proven direct-response system to a massive, passionate audience that deeply values natural remedies and ancestral healing wisdom.
If you're a native Spanish speaker with sharp copywriting instincts, a passion for natural health, and an eye for what converts—this is your chance to lead creative strategy for an entirely new market from day one.
What You'll Do
  • Concept & Copy: Create punchy headlines, hooks, and 1-2 minute ad scripts in Spanish for Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube targeting Spanish-speaking audiences (US Hispanic, Mexico, Spain, Latin America).
  • Cultural Localization: Adapt winning English ads for Spanish markets while honoring cultural nuances—"remedios de abuela," traditional healing practices, and regional language differences.
  • Creative Strategy: Deconstruct top-performing health ads in Spanish-speaking markets and pitch fresh angles, formats, and storyboards that resonate with Hispanic cultural values.
  • Research & Swipe-Building: Build and maintain a Spanish-language swipe file of winning health ads, landing pages, and content trends from competitors and adjacent brands.
  • Iterate & Test: Turn performance data into rapid creative variations—new hooks, lead lines, CTAs, and offers optimized for Spanish-speaking customers.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with video editors, media buyers, and the English creative team to ship 10+ new Spanish ads per week.
Must-Have Traits
  • Native Spanish Speaker: Fluent written and spoken Spanish with cultural fluency across Spanish-speaking regions.
  • Conversational English: Strong enough English to coordinate with our international team and learn from our existing creative systems.
  • Health & Wellness Passion: Personal interest or professional experience in natural remedies, herbal medicine, wellness, or supplements - you genuinely believe in what we sell.
  • Low Ego, High Curiosity: Ready to learn our proven frameworks, take feedback, and chase results over creative credit.
  • Outcome-Focused: You obsess over ad performance (ROAS, CTR, hook rate) more than output volume.
  • Self-Directed: Comfortable working remotely, hitting deadlines, and asking smart questions without hand-holding.
  • Detail Sharpness: Typos, compliance red flags, and weak claims bother you—you ship clean, credible copy.
  • Experience creating and scaling ads on Meta, TikTok and Youtube.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience creating ads for health, wellness, or supplement brands in Spanish-speaking markets.
  • Familiarity with ad spy tools (AdLibrary, Foreplay, Minea).
  • Knowledge of VSL/VLR, RMBC, or other direct-response frameworks.
  • Understanding of Meta/Facebook advertising best practices.
  • Experience writing for 50+ demographic.
  • Bonus points for including your favorite natural remedy somewhere in your application.
