- Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team;
- Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, or sprint/milestone goals;
- Liaising with team members, PO, and PL to ensure projects are completed to standard;
- Identifying technical risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible;
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments;
- Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required;
- Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns;
- Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders;
- Ensuring technical feasibility and quality;
- Responsible for the correct technical implementation of the projects and release cycles;
- Ensure adequate availability and allocation to the product stage and release cycles;
- Solid knowledge of the Product Lifecycle;
- Assist and guide the PO & PL in project coordination;
- Assist pre-sales in every sales proposal or pitch necessary;
- Reporting for all the [Period of time] tasks in the form of accurate and detailed reports.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Management, or any other relevant field;
- At least 3 years of professional experience in similar or relevant roles, such as business management or sales in IT companies;
- Solid technical skills in one of the technologies;
- Experience designing digital products and technical solutions;
- Know well technical concepts essential for agile development, such as repository control, code reuse, CI/CD, and DevOps;
- Ability to write good technical documentation;
- Experience and capacity to align different technologies and different concepts together in one single technical design;
- Ability to verify code from others and review in a constructive way;
- Previous experience in client management;
- Consolidated sales experience;
- Prior industry experience and up-to-date knowledge on relevant trends;
- Good level of English written and spoken.
