Creatives & Communication Executive
About the Role
New Hope CS' Creatives & Communications Executive will be responsible for developing and executing effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders, raise awareness and support the mission of New Hope Community Services. The individual has to have a passion for using creative and innovative communication techniques to build and strengthen relationships with stakeholders (beneficiaries, volunteers, donors, and media partners).
Key Responsibilities
- Co-develop and implement a comprehensive communications plan to promote the organisation's brand, its goals & objectives, core services & programs, and impact
- Produce end-to-end content for various platforms; both online & offline – such as websites, newsletters, brochures, videos, and social media.
- Manage New Hope's digital communication platforms, including social media, website, email campaign, and other multimedia platforms.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders (beneficiaries, volunteers, donors, media partners and government agencies) to raise awareness of the organisation's brand, its goals & objectives, core services & programs, and impact.
- Brand guardian to ensure all visual communications are on align with organisation's brand, factual and consistent, where artwork is produced in the utmost quality
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and make recommendations for improvements.
- Plan and execute public events and campaigns to engage the public and promote advocacy & branding of New Hope
- Act as the agency's media relation and produce press releases/ media kit.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in communication, journalism, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in communication, marketing, or public relations
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Knowledge of graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite)
- Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and social media platforms
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong project management and organizational skills
