We\u2019re looking for a passionate and people\-first Creator / Talent Onboarding Executive to identify high\-potential creators, build meaningful relationships, and exclusively onboard them to Kalakaar. If you enjoy networking, negotiating, and closing deals while helping creators grow their careers, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
<\/div>
\u2022Scout and identify talented creators across social media platforms with a keen eye for emerging talent.
<\/div>
\u2022Build strong relationships with creators and successfully onboard them exclusively with Kalakaar.
<\/div>
\u2022Own the end\-to\-end onboarding journey, from initial outreach to contract closure.
<\/div>
\u2022Maintain long\-term relationships with creators, ensuring high satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
<\/div>
\u2022Drive creator retention by proactively addressing concerns and minimizing attrition.
<\/div>
\u2022Negotiate partnerships and close onboarding deals with confidence and professionalism.
<\/div>
\u2022Stay updated on creator trends, platform insights, and emerging talent to continuously strengthen the roster.
