Credit Officer - Brookvale Head Office- 5 days per week in office

This is a full-time, 5-day in-office role where you will take ownership of the credit and accounts receivable function, ensuring accounts are well-managed, payments are collected on time, and customer relationships are maintained.
You’ll be joining a stable, supportive team where your experience is valued and your work genuinely contributes to the success of the business.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Credit control and risk monitoring
- Accounts receivable and debt collection
- Payment allocation and reconciliations
- Customer account management
- Stakeholder communication and issue resolution
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in Credit Control and Accounts Receivable
- Strong understanding of credit and collections processes
- Experience with cash allocation and reconciliations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach
- Ability to handle difficult conversations calmly and professionally
