What You'll Do

RESUMEN DEL PUESTO

Encargado de atender las necesidades de nuestros clientes por medio de la atención detallada a peticiones referentes a órdenes de compra, otorgar información técnica de nuestros productos, asistencia con ordenes realizadas en línea, otorgar estados actuales de ordenes abiertas y responder preguntas en general en cuanto a nuestros productos.

RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Facilitar el proceso de órdenes de compra via telefónica o por correo, además del proceso de retornos y generación de créditos aplicables. Elabora reportes de órdenes para las cuentas clave.
  • Facilitar a nuestros clientes con dudas o necesidades especiales al momento de solicitar nuestros productos personalizados a la medida del cliente.
  • Dar soporte con órdenes de compra que se realizan en línea, dando el estado actual, fechas de envió y respondiendo preguntas generales

REQUISITOS

  • Preparatoria o equivalente.
  • Inglés avanzado 90%
  • Habilidades computacionales: Excel intermedio. (Oracle es deseable).
  • 2+ años de experiencia en servicio al cliente.
