      MINIMUM QUALIFICATION<\/span><\/b>

      · <\/span><\/span><\/span>University degree in business, statistics, operations research\neconomics or industrial engineering or equivalent industry training and\nexperience. <\/span><\/span>

      EXPERIENCE REQUIRED<\/span><\/b>
      <\/p>

      · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience in performing data analysis utilizing a standard\nstatistical package such as SAS or SQL is required.<\/span>
      <\/p>

      · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Practical experience in using analytics to solve complex business\nproblems would be advantageous.<\/span>
      <\/p>

      · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience in working with various data sets as well as ability to\nestablish data integrity and relationships.<\/span>

      <\/p>

      · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Passionate\nabout data analytics and how this contributes to the business. <\/span><\/span>

      · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Proven ability\nto effectively communicate analytical insights and improvement recommendations.<\/span>
      <\/p>

      · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Proven ability\nto work as a team player to ensure effective delivery of reporting, tasks,\nprojects and any other related deliverables.<\/span>
      <\/p>

      · <\/span><\/span><\/span>High level of\nPC literacy, ideally with the experience in the use of SAS.<\/span>
      <\/p>

      · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Proficiency in\nMicrosoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.), ideally using macros.<\/span>
      <\/p>

      · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ability to\nreason and package ideas and results in a logically ordered, understandable and\npractical way to both technical and non\-technical audiences.<\/span>
      <\/p>

      · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Exceptional\ntime management skills to be able to complete tasks effectively to deadlines\nand manage multiple tasks.<\/span>
      <\/p>

      · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Good communication skills, both written and verbal\n(including being able to run workgroups/meetings and minute\-taking.)<\/span>
