Crew Lead (Full Time)

What You’ll Do
✔ Be a fry & shake Enthusiast: Prepare + serve our signature flavoured fries & more
✔ Deliver exceptional customer service: Make every interaction friendly & memorable
✔ Ensure store operating processes and standards are adhered to
✔ Lead inventory and stock management to keep things running smoothly
✔ Monitor store performance, ensuring all stores under your care meet main KPIs for cleanliness, customer satisfaction, and sales
✔ Coach and mentor Service Crews (new and existing)
✔ Handle escalated issues, including customer concerns and equipment maintenance
✔ Collaborate with Operations Supervisors on scheduling, training, reporting, and operational planning
✔ Ensure seamless execution of cascading information including SOPs, promotions, new product launches, etc
What We’re Looking For
✔ Friendly, energetic, and service-oriented individuals
✔ Full-time: Able to work 44 hours weekly - 5 days, incl. weekends, public holidays
✔ Possess or be willing to obtain a valid Food Safety Course Level 1 Certificate
✔ At least 2 years of operational experiences in F&B environment, including 1 year as a supervisor or shift-leader
✔ Familiarity with Singapore’s vibrant food culture is an advantage!
