Crewing Admin Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Crewing Department in daily administrative and coordination tasks.
- Processing Flag state endorsements for officers before they join, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Update and process sign-on and sign-off crew applications using the DigitalPort@SG portal.
- Provide support in coordination of crew changes, booking flights, arranging hotel accommodations, and assisting with visa/immigration applications.
- Assist in verifying crew benefits, leave pay, bonuses, and allowances, ensuring all crew are fairly compensated.
- Updating sea-staff experience matrices, maintaining personnel files, and managing office correspondence.
- Checking of various invoices and resolve discrepancies with relevant parties.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 2 year of administrative experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
- Possess positive work attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills
