We also have a division\n for Promotional Products<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span>\n \n <\/span>

<\/span> This role will see\n you consulting with customers to assess their needs\n along with assisting them to map out their Sales and\n Marketing Processes to allow us to quote on their\n project. Once we win the gig, you will be involved in\n the smooth implementation along with our CRM\n development team if any customisation is required.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n <\/span>\n

<\/span> We\n exclusively use and are Authorised Consulting\n Partners for Zoho CRM and other Zoho\n applications. The Zoho suite consists of 46+\n applications that can run their entire business end to\n end and is more of an ERP system of which the CRM is\n just a part of the overall architecture.\n <\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>

<\/span> Identify\n and develop new business opportunities <\/span>\n
<\/span><\/span><\/li> \n <\/span><\/span>
Effectively develop\n relationships of current and potential clients\n <\/span> \n
<\/span><\/span><\/li> <\/span><\/span>
\n Perform the detailed design of business processes and\n functional application design. <\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> \n <\/span><\/span>
Host client facing\n workshops and facilitate client discussions. <\/span>\n
<\/span><\/span><\/li> \n <\/span><\/span>
Configure, build, and test\n the application to ensure compliance with brief.\n <\/span> \n
<\/span><\/span><\/li> <\/span><\/span>
\n Work with developers to make sure that the configuration\n and custom components meet application requirements and\n performance goals. <\/span> \n
<\/span><\/span><\/li> <\/span><\/span>
\n Fix &/or facilitate any functional defects and\n performance problems discovered in testing. <\/span>\n
<\/span><\/span><\/li> \n <\/span><\/span>
Participate in transitions\n of the application or functional components to the\n customer. <\/span> \n
<\/span><\/span><\/li> <\/span><\/span>
\n Document the application to facilitate maintenance.\n <\/span> \n
<\/span><\/span><\/li> <\/span><\/span>
\n Ability to seek out the customers other needs to\n recommend our other divisions within our business (the\n upsell) <\/span> \n

\n Have Zoho CRM experience (preferred) &/or <\/span>\n
<\/span><\/span><\/li> \n <\/span><\/span>
Worked with other CRM\n system implementations (at least 2) <\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> \n <\/span><\/span>
Set up automated workflows\n & ability to learn quickly <\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> \n <\/span><\/span>
Ability to Study for\n self\-development in your own time <\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> \n <\/span><\/span>
Sales ability highly regarded\n <\/span>
