CRM & Digital Marketing Intern

  • Setup and QA CRM campaigns in MoEngage — audience segments, message content, send schedules, and A/B tests
  • Apply logic and creativity to how campaigns are structured — thinking through audience conditions, message framing, and offer mechanics to drive the user behaviour we're after, not just executing briefs as given
  • Manage coupon creation and distribution workflows, including validity rules and redemption tracking
  • Monitor live campaigns and flag anomalies in open rates, click-throughs, and redemption performance
  • Maintain campaign logs and tagging records so reporting stays clean and consistent
  • Support journey and trigger builds — enrollment conditions, wait steps, branchlogic
  • Coordinate content and assets between internal stakeholders and the development team for campaign launches
  • Pull,reconcile, and interpret campaign performance data — not just compiling numbers, but identifying what's working, what isn't, and why
  • Build and maintain simple tracking sheets that give the team a clear view of campaign status, segment sizes, and results over time


Job Requirements

• Studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

• Detail-oriented — you catch errors before they go live, not after

• Comfortable with data and logic — can work with a performance dataset, draw basic conclusions, and understand why a segment condition produces the audience it does

• Organised enough to manage multiple campaigns with different timelines simultaneously

• Can write clearly and concisely — good enough to draft push notification copy or a short email without it needing a full rewrite
