We are seeking a Manager of CRM & Email Marketing, which is a new role within the company. We are seeking a leader who will drive growth through data-driven insights, but also build new programs to foster an emotional connection between the client and its customers through our owned channels.

Responsibilities:

The Manager of CRM and Email Marketing will work cross-functionally to achieve aggressive customer retention and growth goals for the company. Responsibilities include:

This role will be responsible for email marketing via test and learn initiatives, deriving insights from post-campaign analysis, and optimizing programs to better deliver incremental revenue and ROI

Lead and design the end-to-end email marketing strategy including acquisition, loyalty, and retention

Set-up and deploy complex automated communications within Send With Us and SendGrid

Manage schedule of deployment to optimize user response and actively manage email lists.

Generate, analyze, and interpret data for email campaigns.

Manage email best practices including partnering with operations, product, engineering, and agency partners in execution of marketing and triggered-based campaigns that drive incremental ROI for the business

Translate and manage roll-out of our CRM strategy and execute all direct marketing programs, including acquisition, engagement, and retention campaigns for the organization, integrated across online and offline channels

Ensure that all campaigns are developed and deployed on time and with high quality (QA) and superior customer experience — many quick turn-around projects that require immediate problem solving and action

Work collaboratively with the Data Engineering and Product team to understand the customer platform, data profiles, customer segments, and key technologies to drive best-in-class global customer engagement strategies

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter with strong retail or consumer marketing strategy and execution skills. The candidate will demonstrate excellent judgment in setting and prioritizing goals.

Other requirements of this role include:

3-5 years of experience creating and launching email campaigns

Knowledge in leveraging customer data, technology, and marketing strategy for campaign planning and execution

Skills in in budget/ROI planning and financial forecasting relating to marketing strategies and programs

Demonstrated ability to interpret consumer trends and research and implement relevant and actionable CRM marketing programs

Strong project management and problem-solving skills

Experience in managing cross-functional teams (internal and external Collaborative, positive, “service-oriented” attitude

Excellent communication and presentation skills
