Key Responsibilities<\/b>

  • Maintain and update customer data in the CRM with full accuracy

  • Track leads, follow ups, and ongoing sales activities

  • Create and share regular reports on customer pipeline, conversions, and performance

  • Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure timely responses to customer queries

  • Monitor customer feedback and highlight service issues to the concerned team.

  • Support onboarding of new dealers and customers into the CRM system

      Experience & Qualification<\/b>

      • Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field

      • 1\u20133 years experience in CRM or sales coordination (for Executive)
