North Knoxville is is seeking Certified Anesthesiologist Assistants (CAAs) to join a well-established, collaborative anesthesia team offering strong autonomy, diverse case mix, and flexible scheduling options.

Facility Overview:
North Knoxville Medical Center is a modern acute care hospital in Powell, TN, designed to optimize both patient experience and provider workflow.

Case Mix:
- Orthopedics
- General surgery
- Adult ENT
- GI

Schedule:
- Flexible scheduling available

Responsibilities:
- Pre-anesthesia assessments
- Obtain and verify informed consent
- Discuss anesthetic plans and risks
- Administer anesthesia (induction, maintenance, emergence)
- Monitor patient status and intervene as needed

Requirements:
- Master’s Degree from an accredited Anesthesiologist Assistant program
- Eligible for licensure per AA guidelines

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $240,000 – $250,000 (call-taking)
- Sign-On Bonus: $50,000 (flexible options available)
- Additional income opportunities
