●Embed quality strategy and risk thinking early in the project lifecycle, partnering with product, engineering, and business teams from inception
●Define quality gates, entry/exit criteria, and testing strategies aligned to project goals and risk tolerance, ensuring quality is a shared responsibility across every function
●Inspire teams to fight for excellence under competing priorities, modeling intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and an unwavering dedication to the customer experience
Lead Risk-Based Testing and Intelligent Prioritization
●Apply risk-based testing frameworks to make evidence-driven decisions about test scope, depth, and sequencing —focusing coverage where impact to customers and business is greatest
●Proactively identify and surface technological, organizational, and operational risks, driving mitigation strategies before they become program-level problems
●Leverage data, analytics, and testing insights to continuously optimize coverage strategies and improve predictive quality outcomes
Orchestrate Testing at Enterprise Scale
●Lead end-to-end test planning, preparation, resourcing, and execution for large-scale, cross-functional programs spanning UAT, integration, regression, and performance testing
● Facilitate requirements traceability and test scenario identification across complex, multi-system landscapes with clarity and rigor
●Manage test environments, data strategies, and resource estimation to ensure testing is never the bottleneck — it's the enabler
●Lead cross-functional meetings with audiences ranging from 2 to 60+ participants, driving alignment on actions, owners, and timelines
Advocate for Automation and AI-Powered Quality Engineering
●Champion test automation adoption across teams — identifying opportunities to accelerate coverage, reduce manual effort, and build lasting quality infrastructure
●Integrate Generative AI and AIML capabilities into quality engineering workflows: intelligent test generation, defect prediction, anomaly detection, and smart test prioritization
●Stay ahead of the quality engineering landscape, bringing innovative tools, techniques, and approaches to every program you lead
Mentor, Elevate, and Build Quality Capability
●Mentor quality engineers and cross-functional partners, building lasting capability across the organization — not just within your immediate team
●Foster a culture of healthy debate, continuous learning, and psychological safety, where diverse perspectives produce stronger, more resilient testing outcomes
●Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, methodologies, and tooling — always seeking smarter, faster, better ways to ship with confidence

●Translate complex technical testing details into clear, compelling narratives for audiences ranging from engineers to executive leadership

Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience leading quality engineering and cross-functional testing at enterprise scale
Proven expertise in risk-based testing methodologies and shift-left quality strategy, with demonstrated results in proactive defect prevention
Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and a track record of driving automation adoption across teams
Practical, applied experience with Generative AI and/or AIML in a quality engineering or software development context
Strong command of system and software architecture models, including the ability to analyze system interdependencies and translate them into actionable test designs
Demonstrated ability to lead and influence without direct authority across engineering, product, and business stakeholders
Experience establishing QA program structure, coordinating cross-project testing initiatives, and optimizing quality investment for maximum ROI
Exceptional communication skills — able to distill technical complexity for both technical and non- technical audiences at all levels
Preferred Qualifications
SAP functional expertise in SD/MM modules; experience leading testing for SAP R/3 to S/4 HANA migrations is a strong plus
Domain knowledge in Operations, Supply Chain, and/or Logistics within a large-scale enterprise environment
Experience scaling quality programs across a global, matrixed organization
ISTQB, ASQ, or equivalent quality engineering certification
