What You'll Do:

β€’ Support customs-related activities for import and export shipments.
β€’ Assist in preparing and reviewing customs documentation.
β€’ Monitor customs submissions and follow up on approvals and rejections.
β€’ Support the handling of shipment and documentation discrepancies.
β€’ Update shipment information in company systems.
β€’ Follow company procedures and customs requirements.
β€’ Provide operational support to the Customer Service team.
β€’ Gain practical experience in customs clearance and logistics operations.
