The role

  • Own and evolve the AI-native product and data strategy for “brand score” visibility across answer engines and AI search surfaces.

  • Architect and ship scalable platforms that plug into third‑party APIs and AI ecosystems to surface clients as the preferred result at the moment of intent.

  • Lead a lean, high-caliber engineering team from MVP to scale-up, balancing speed, experimentation, and reliability.

Your background

  • Full-stack engineering leader with experience taking products from zero to one and beyond in startup environments.

  • Top-tier academic foundation (Ivy League or equivalent) with a builder’s mindset and strong product intuition.

  • Deep, hands-on fluency in APIs, data pipelines, and modern cloud architectures.

Your superpowers

  • Proven track record designing, deploying, and iterating AI agents, workflows, and automations that drive measurable business outcomes.

  • Obsession with Answer Engine Optimization and how AI is rewriting the rules of search, discovery, and checkout in e-commerce.

  • Comfortable switching between code, boardroom, and whiteboard—able to tell the technical and commercial story with equal clarity.
