Culinary Team Member (Waffle Cabin)

General Purpose:

As a Waffle Cabin Attendant, you’ll be the face of our cozy cabin, preparing and serving warm waffles and beverages to hungry skiers and snowboarders. You’ll help create a welcoming atmosphere while keeping things clean, efficient, and delicious.

This is a seasonal position from June through the end of August. Dates are subject to change based on the availability of the applicant and needs of the business. Hiring for our seasonal positions occurs on a rolling basis. This position will remain open until filled.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve waffles, toppings, and hot drinks
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
  • Operate waffle irons and handle basic food prep
  • Provide cheerful and prompt customer service
  • Restock supplies and assist with daily setup/cleanup
  • Monitor inventory levels of batter, toppings, utensils, and packaging
  • Assist with opening and closing duties
  • Support other areas of the operation as needed
  • Work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment with varying weather conditions
  • Adjust to changing business needs based on snow conditions and guest volume
