Custodian/Floor Technician

Job Description

The Custodian/Floor Technician @ Balfour Louisville provides exemplary service in keeping buildings in a clean and orderly condition, ensuring residents and guests a safe and healthy environment. This associate performs community cleaning duties, such as floor cleaning, carpet cleaning/extraction, washing walls and glass, and removing trash.

Availability: Full-Time | Tuesday to Saturday 7:30am-4:00pm

Pay: $18.50-19/hr

**Floor technician experience required (2+ years)**

What will I do every day?

• Heaving cleaning assigned community spaces including rooms, lobbies etc.
• Safely move furniture, equipment, and supplies
• Order and maintain supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties
• Report any maintenance repairs to supervisor

What will I need to be successful in this role?

• Bring a smile to work every day
• High school graduate preferred
• Six months to one year of custodial experience
• Experience working in a senior environment preferred
• Floor technician experience required (2+ years)
