Custom Sales Representative
Scotsman Manufacturing Co. is seeking to hire a Custom Countertop Sales Representative. This is a full-time position in our Laurel, MS office. The right person for this job is outgoing, friendly, and self-motivated. While a portion of this position can be done from a desk, the ideal candidate is hands-on and values in-person communication. Prior experience in B2B or customer recruitment is preferred.
Qualified candidates possess the following qualities:
- Friendly, outgoing, demeanor
- Excels in professional communication, both verbal and written formats
- Able to operate multiple technological systems (email, CRM, phone, custom quote software) independently or with the help of video tutorials
- Able to schedule and perform client check-ins and keep customers up-to-date on their orders
- Willing to travel to commercial vendors as needed
- Prior experience in sales is preferred
- Prior woodworking experience is not required, but candidates will need to learn the manufacturing process to best communicate with customers
- Must be able to work daily from our Laurel, MS office.
