Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Customer Acquisition Specialist to drive customer acquisition, promote financial products and services, and build long-term relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate will identify sales opportunities, educate customers on financial solutions, meet sales targets, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining compliance with regulatory and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new customers for the organization's financial products and services.
Promote products such as savings accounts, loans, investment products, insurance, digital banking solutions, and other financial services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Conduct customer needs assessments and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
Generate leads through field marketing, referrals, networking, and other business development activities.
Meet and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare and deliver presentations on financial products to individuals, SMEs, and corporate clients.
Follow up on prospects and convert leads into active customers.
Ensure accurate completion and submission of customer documentation.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update customer information in the CRM system.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new financial products.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Prepare regular sales and activity reports for management.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
1 year of experience in sales, business development, customer relationship management, or financial services.
Experience in banking, fintech, microfinance, insurance, or consumer lending is an added advantage.
Professional certifications in sales or finance are an added advantage.
